The Intro Edit is a complimentary 20-minute call designed to help you gain clarity before committing to anything. It’s a relaxed conversation to explore your project, your priorities, and whether I’m the right fit to support you.

Who It’s For

Ideal if you:

• Are planning a renovation, refresh or “finishing touches” phase and want guidance on next steps

• Feel a little stuck or overwhelmed and need help finding a clear starting point

• Want to understand which service best suits your home, timeline and budget

• Would like to ask a few questions before moving forward

Beforehand

Ahead of our call, you’ll:

• Share a brief outline of your project and what you’d like help with

• Let me know your ideal timeline

• Send a couple of photos if you have them

This helps me understand your space and make our time together as useful as possible.

What’s Included

During our 20-minute call, we’ll:

• Talk through your space, goals and any challenges you’re facing

• Explore possible approaches and what support would be most helpful

• Identify which of my services is the best fit for you

You’ll have space to ask questions and get a clear sense of how I work.

Outcome

After the call, you’ll have:

• Clarity on the best next step for your home

• A recommended service pathway (and what it includes)

• Confidence about whether you’d like to move forward together

If you’d like to proceed, the next step is an in-home consultation (£147). This allows me to walk the space with you, define the design scope properly, and then come back to you with a clear quotation and plan. This fee is redeemable against your design fee should you decide to move ahead.
