Whether you’re redesigning one room, a whole floor or your entire home, or you’re at the start of a renovation, this service gives you a clear, cohesive scheme to move forward with confidence.

• Want to redesign one room, a whole floor or your whole home

• Are starting a renovation and feel overwhelmed by the choices ahead

• Don’t have the time (or headspace) to bring everything together on your own

• Want a calm, cohesive home that feels thoughtfully designed and “pulled together”

• Prefer one trusted designer overseeing both the vision and the detail

Beforehand

Before we begin, we’ll make sure this service is the right fit. You’ll:

• Complete a short questionnaire about your home, lifestyle and priorities

• Share photos, plans (if you have them) and any inspiration images

• Book a complimentary Intro Edit to talk through your project, budget and timescales

During the call, I’ll outline how the service works and confirm the scope — whether that’s one room, a floor, or a whole home.

What’s Included

This is where we develop the full design for your space. Your Full Design Service typically includes:

• A design scope meeting and home visit to understand how you live, what’s not working, and what you’d like to change

• Concept design: overall look and feel, colour palette and design direction

• Space planning and layouts: scaled plans showing how everything will fit and function

• Furniture, finishes and soft furnishings: key furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, paint and finishes

• Specification and sourcing list: a clear schedule of selected items (FF&E) and finishes, with notes your trades can work from

You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request refinements so it feels considered, practical and right for you.

Outcome

By the end of the Full Design Service, you’ll have:

• A cohesive design for your room, floor or whole home

• Scaled layouts that support function, flow and real life

• A full specification and sourcing list for furniture, finishes, lighting and key styling pieces

• Clarity and confidence to move ahead with your renovation or redecoration

Investment

Fee: £67 per square metre of designed floor area
Includes all design work, layouts, concept development and specification for the agreed spaces.

If you’ve already booked an In-Home Design Consultation, that fee can be credited towards your Full Design Service if you decide to proceed.

Optional bolt-ons

These can be added to your Full Design Service if needed:

• Lighting design: £33 per square metre
  Focused lighting layout and specification to support mood, function and flow.

• Bespoke joinery design: £395 per item
  Custom storage and built-in solutions designed around your space and lifestyle.

Your design fee includes up to two rounds of changes at each key design stage. Any additional changes requested after sign-off are charged at £95 per hour..
